Waiver and Release of Liability

This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Waiver”) is entered into by and between Messenger Marketing Experts Limited (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), providers of WalletPush.io CRM software (“WalletPush.io”), and you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”).

By using the Bulk Sub-Account Deletion feature on WalletPush.io, You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Acknowledgment of Risk: You understand and acknowledge that deleting CRM sub-accounts via WalletPush.io’s Bulk Sub-Account Deletion feature is irreversible and permanent. All associated data within deleted sub-accounts will be permanently lost with no possibility of recovery.
User Responsibility: You acknowledge that it is solely Your responsibility to verify and confirm the accuracy of the location IDs and associated Franchise Partner IDs entered into the deletion form. You affirm that You have conducted adequate due diligence before proceeding with deletion.
Release from Liability: In consideration of Your use of this bulk deletion feature, You hereby release and forever discharge Messenger Marketing Experts Limited, WalletPush.io, and all affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives thereof from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, arising directly or indirectly from Your use of this feature, including but not limited to claims related to accidental, erroneous, negligent, or unauthorized deletion of sub-accounts and data.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Messenger Marketing Experts Limited and WalletPush.io, along with their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, or damages, including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of or related to Your use or misuse of the Bulk Sub-Account Deletion feature.
Acceptance of Terms: By clicking “DELETE SUB-ACCOUNTS,” You confirm that You have fully read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver. You represent and warrant that You are authorized to make this decision and assume full responsibility for its consequences.

This Waiver is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts relevant to Messenger Marketing Experts Limited’s registered business address.

By proceeding, You acknowledge and agree to the entirety of this Waiver and Release of Liability.

Notice of Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable Credits

Important Notice: Please be aware that the CRM sub-accounts selected for deletion may contain remaining credits or balances associated with SMS, Email, Premium Webhooks, Phone Services, or A.I. usage. By proceeding with deletion, you acknowledge and agree that any such remaining credits are permanently forfeited, non-transferable to other accounts, and not eligible for any form of refund or compensation.
